    Repairs after a couple of breaks in a pipe -- they Never even came close to completing for what they

    His people were here for a small leak. The painted trim & doors were peaking before the painter ever left. Used the absolute LOWEST Grade paint possible, not even Acceptable for rentals -- CAME OFF just wiping with water!! Nor were the paint colors matched!!! Despite asking for 3 coats of polyurethane (dog nails protection), only put 1 layer -- scratches into flooring before they left. Additionally there were areas of sanded floors they hadn't even stained!! Workmen stored tools in kitchen cabinets, staining the interiors. Despite being a handicapped invalid, leaving me w/o replacing banister which hadn't even needed replacement! Rather than amending his estimate w/Insurance Co., kept asking for money from me, once I'd paid, out-of-pocket, an additional 100% of what he'd requested & been paid by Insurance Company, he suddenly pulled out WITHOUT completing the work. His electrician was appalling! Rather than running wire to spots evenly placed on either side of door, LAZILY placed 1 TWO feet from where it should have gone!! 'Z Acceptable?? -- OF COURSE NOT! Did similar things w/ceiling light placement in dining alcove!! NO Reason for damaging things so as create more work for his people -- in multiple ways!! -- Who the Heck pulls out both front & back doorbells & wiring?!! -- For NO Earthly REASON! Stole the glass shelves from master bathroom's medicine/vanity cabinet?!! Puts dusty, etc sheetrock into bathtubs w/o even shutting the drain so debris free to go down into & clog pipes!! Damages shower such that tile wall must be torn apart in order to place & plumb for a new control unit?!!? Damages toilet SO Badly only choice is to replace it?!!? Destroys wiring to interior light AND exterior light, Despite when not having done ANY work on the wall on which the controls were?? Left built-in cabinets outside in the weather so as to RUIN them, making them unusable! Removes all radiator covers they could, leaving them outdoors fir the salt air to rust them, requiring replacement of ALL of them. Took down blackout & other fabric blinds placing them such that they became stained & UNUSABLE. -- Another unwarranted expense, given NOTHING was wrong w/them. The nice of Manny's partner STOLE all the toilet paper in the bathroom to which she had access. The painter asked me to give her a task to get her away & stop painting, cuz she had NO idea What she was doing, not even knowing a basecoat was necessary, thus making a mess of things creating, yet again, More Work for others! Only task if which I could think was 2 walk the dog. -- For which I was taken to task (no other time had I EVER asked someone to do that!! - AND it certainly wasn't my inclination!! There were NUMEROUS OTHER FAILINGS, but this gives a sense of the breath & depth of not only their poor quality of work, but Manny Alves' LACK OF INTEGRITY.... Left their trash all about, including a trailer filled w/debris from other job(s), not just mine on my lawn for a month at a time, even when they didn't come to work!! -- UNREAL, I was constantly cleaning up after Them -- nightly!! I, having had 2 spinal surgeries was relegated to sleeping on a "camping cot" & still am, cuz haven't been able to make the repairs -- 5 Years Later!!
    I've heard he's now switched his place of work to Florida. I just hope anyone Considering employing him will see this & give a LOT of Consideration & do a LOT of research before hiring him!! -- I wish Any such Person Luck. May no one else be left to suffer personally & financially aa I have....
