Claimed the circuit breaker had been tripped and their was no problem. Showed me a tripped breaker that hadn't been tripped before he got their. He seems to have fixed the problem and then lied about it. He was really trying to convince me that it had been tripped this whole time. I guess in three weeks of having half a house dark with no power, he thinks two roommates and one city of tulare inspector didn't bother to try the circuit breakers. I have pictures of it not tripped. No idea why he was lying to me but I wont be seeing him again.
