    Manny came to our home and gave us a reasonable price, but he came in and after sanding our floors told us that our floors were to thin to sand and he would have to charge us $5000 more to finish the the job. needless to say we called another contractor and went with. he completed the job at a fraction of the cost and told us Manny was trying to rip us off. beware of manny and his original quote and read the fine print on his contract.
