Maple Lake Builders is a full-service contracting firm focused on Interior and Exterior renovations. In addition to interior/exterior rennovations we provide asistance in all aspects of residential construction. MLB was established in 1992 by William and Roxanne Cashen, building custom homes in the Paw Paw/Mattawan area. Since the establishment of MLB in '92 the nature of our work has shifted to mainly exterior renovations. We are now proud to say we are serving the whole south west michigan area. All work at MLB is to be performed by In-House employees. We take pride in our family owned buisness and are looking forward to working with you!

Seniors beware!!! My elderly mother had a roof put on by them, the owner put in an estimate then sent his son to do the work who has minimal knowledge of roofing....during the roofing job it rained for two days they left part of the roof bare with no covering and we had severe mold and water damage inside the upstairs bedroom,they at first said they would fix it then after 2 weeks of back and forth they refused to fix what they caused,the owner of the company would not even speak with me about it,they are liars and cheats, they refused to give us their insurance information (if they really have any) so we were forced to turn it over to our homeowners insurance and $4300 dollars and 3 months later the room was fixed on our own, the insurance agency sent out a mold expert that 100% said the damage was caused by an uncovered roof during installation!!! I suggest to stay away from these people unless you like mold!!!
