We bought a house where both bathrooms and kitchen had been recently remodeled by Marc Kane of Mapleton Builders. Unfortunately, the shower had a leak and as a result we needed to replace the entire subfloor of the master bathroom and the shower itself. The water also leaked to the adjacent guest bathroom so we will need to remodel that as well. We've had an insurance inspector, plumber, and water damage company each come out to investigate the issue and they all attributed it to poor workmanship.
