Horrible experience. Referral from his sister that is a Realtor. Rented a huge backhoe for job he was doing in the morning and tried to use it for a small job in the afternoon. A ditch witch would have been sufficient. Does not present a written bid. Then after the fact he try’s to charge a SHOW UP FEE that is never discussed. Beware of hidden charges.
