On Sunday July 10, 2011 Robert Hall a.k.a Bob (Owner of Marathon Painting) came to my house and took measurements of six interiors doors for my home. He charged $720 of which I had to pay $220 as a down payment. He promised to be there on Saturday (July 16, 2011)I received a phone call on July 16, 2011 from Robert Hall a.k.a Bob stating he was not feeling well and he would be there tomorrow (Sunday, July 17, 20011) He called to reschedule for the following week.. He never showed he called that Saturday and said the guys that work for him were not returning his calls, therefore he had none to do the work...He then said he would return my money that week. I called Tuesday for my refund and he said they can come out that Saturday (July 30, 2011) between 8:00-8:30 am... He never showed I called three times that morning, 8:15, 8:45 and 9:15. He never returned my call. My fiancé© called (around 11:00 am) but did not leave a message and Robert Hall called the number back and my fiancé inquired about the missed appt and refunding my money. He said give him until 3:00p.m. (July 30, 2011). Robert Hall called about 2:45 saying he did not have the money and he will get it to me. I'm very disappointed and I just want my money back.
