Marblewood Homes has been terrible to deal with. My 71 year old mother purchased a brand new condo at Icon Villas at McNaughten and they did very poor work. I don’t know what vendors they contract with, but they are poor. They installed crown modeling that doesn’t match. A cabinet in our property fell off within the 2 months after having the condo professionally cleaned that my son had to fix. They are unresponsive to the HOA management company. The HOA contact reached out to Tim 16 times through email without a response. Feel free to contact me at (608) 658-1547 for more details on our experience. They are terrible and we do not recommend purchasing properties built by them.
