I have been a part of over a dozen renovations and this group is by far the most unprofessional and a group of scam artists. They were paid for services, agreed to details in writing and verbally and then had amnesia what they agreed to and walked off the job. Then proceeded to send blackmail texts: the first was good luck finding anyone to finish for under $10,000, followed by “in order to finish the job they been paid for I’d have to give them $5000 cash, $2000 more for scope of work and $3000 for “wasting their time”…. Marc is a fast talker and says the right things and then he will run off with your money and leave a mess for you to clean up!
I gave him 5 chances to make a fraction of the work right and he NO SHOWED every time with one excuse after another – RUN away from this company, Marc is a crook and cannot tell the truth and what work was done was so shottie it all have to be fixed.
