I have submitted a complaint to the BBB regarding SunPro/ ADT Solar. Doing business with this company has cost me thousands of dollars and a lot of time I cannot get back. They installed a solar system in my home and did not turn it on- who does that? They say one thing and do something completely different. I am still at odds with them - trying to get them to be accountable.*** Warning - not worth the risk***

I purchased solar panels on 08/15/2022, contractor ADT Solar, LLC ( Marc Jones Construction,LLC) for $ 29,997.00, order # PROJ-89701-1- Territory sales manager- Miguel Carreira. Now, I have water spots on my ceiling and found a portion of the garage with black mold, due to this I can't occupy the home. I was out on deployment since April, returned in November and found out I have a roof and mold issue. I have gotten sick and have been in emergency twice due to the mold that is affecting my health, also needed to stay at a hotel. This is urgent, I emailed ADT solar, received a response from Sanford Fuller, according to Sanford they have opened a case and sent the information to the contractor, email is dated the 14th of November. Given me a case # 231467. I have not received a response from anyone. This is an urgent issue. I can't live in my home due to the mold. I am living outside the home and spending more than I need to. The contractor mentioned that before the solar panels were to be installed they needed to verify the roof was in good condition for installation, apparently it was, they were installed 2022 . Now I need this issue to be corrected immediately. Is causing me money issues and health issues. Apparently the solar panels were not installed correctly, damaged the roof, have water spots inside the home and mold in the garage. I need the contractor to get this matter resolved as soon as possible. I want the contractor to repair the damages done to the roof and fix the mold issues the home is having. The contractor is responsible for all damages and should take care of everything free of charge. Apparently the job was not done correctly. According to the realtor the roof was changed completely on 2018 and the installation was made 2022. The roof was in very good condition.
