    Excellent!! We purchased our home November 2022 while it was being built. Everything was done exactly how we asked. There were no mistakes made on any of my requests from interior to exterior, that's impressive! I would highly recommend Mark Harding Construction to anyone. Also, I recently called and asked for help with my A/C and they immediately sent someone out, now that is quick excellent service. I really appreciated Russ and all the hardworking crew that worked so diligently on our new home.

    I purchased a new build by Marc Harding construction in 2003. I can’t put into words the horrible workmanship that went into the building of my home. They never bothered to cut proper corners for the moldings. Instead they just jammed the moldings into the walls. They were upset when I had them come out and fix the leak that was leaking from my upstairs bedroom into my kitchen. They were even so bold to tell me that they didn’t want to come out for the year end walk though because they don’t get paid to do so. My most recent find was that I had to replace the trim board around the second story front window of my house. When they took the trim off, it was revealed that Marc Harding Constrution never attached the window to my house, but with one small screw and the trim board. This is not up to code. When we took the trim board off the entire window almost fell out. Since it was not properly attached, water has gotten into boards and now I am going to have everything replace. Marc is unapologetic about the horrible job he did. I am not sure what I was expecting when I called him, but he took no responsibility for his company and the work that was done. I would never have this company do any work for anyone. I am lucky that no one fell out of my second story window because of his faulty work. It is very upsetting that because it took so long to find his negligent work, that I can’t hold him accountable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
