This clown was hired by Best Buy to do a FREE install of my new dishwasher. Free because I paid $199 to become a total tech customer. After bozo was done he told my sickly 75 yr. Old wife that she had to pay him $210 for some minor adjustment of a new valve because HE dropped something into the water line which would cause a blockage of water flow. I was NEVER asked or told or gave approval for his screw up!! My wife paid him and now the chase is on. He also was supposed to mail the paid invoice to my home 11 days ago! Best Buy should NEVER use this co. Again!! And they never return calls!! They are rude. Thx. For reading this. John c.

I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. The plumber gave a work order, cashed the check, and ignore all calls made to do the work that was agreed upon.

Worse of the worse!!!! Where should I start..
Back towards the begging of June, 2022 we hired the Geek Squad to install a brand new gas stove. The Geek Squad then outsource their services to Sycamore Plumbing.. Biggest mistake ever! Sycamore Plumbing came and charge me an additional $150 to convert my stove from gas to propane to then tell me that the stove was defective.. Not a problem.
I then went back and had my brand new stove replace. And re-scheduled with the Geek Squad. They then re-sent Sycamore Pluming to re-install the 2nd stove..
At the time they had a technician in training did most of the work to then tell me that the 2nd stove was also defective. Hmmm very hard to believe. The chief plumber as he called himself did a quick review to confirm what the technician had stated..
Minutes after they left my house my husband discovered that the conversion kit was still attached to the stove, meaning that the stove was never converted properly. We called and left messages.. No response.. We also tried rescheduling this apt with Sycamore Plumbing so they can complete the work given that I had originally paid the Geek Quad for the original installment and Sycamore plumbing for the conversion.
After numerous attempts of trying to reschedule this apt. we had no calls and no shows from Sycamore Plumbing..
Sadly, I ended hiring an outside Plumber for the work.
The frustrating part of it all, is that I went two months without having a stove to then find out that there was nothing wrong with the stove.. this was all part of Sycamore Plumbing NOT installing the stove correctly.
