    Marcel Cruz is an honest, attention-to-detail, and informative contractor. Marcel provided me with a quote to expand my concrete deck, place sprinkler system in back yard, and lay sod. He and his crew started working on Monday June 10, 2013, promptly at 7:00 a.m and by noon had finished the 180 sf of concrete work. Tuesday, trenching for the sprinkler piping was accomplished and approximately 30 sprinkler heads were set and back filled along with placing a irrigation control box in my garage and the water regulators in the side yard. Wednesday the team laid approximately 2,700 sf of sod insuring grade of yard was maintained per HOA. Thursday the team changed out a few sprinkler heads, expanded some sod edges, and placed a fake rock over sprinkler regulators and walked the entire project with me, the home owner. Marcel and Oneway Construction gets a 5-Star rating from me. I have already walked a new neighbor through the project and gave him Marcel's card as he is interested.
