He cut corners. He placed vents on top of the roofing tile. He created a room for our washer and dryer and included the outlet for the dryer, and the water for the washer. He had no runoff for the washer. Nothing leading to the sewer. A windstorm adjuster came by the house and Marcelino got rid of him and brought in another so he would not have to replace some wood. horrible job. the job has been done for a week and I am unable to get keys to the locks that he put in. I am unable to get a receipt. I cannot even get the windstorm papers for my insurance.

He cut corners, was supposed to fix bathroom floor and add bathtub, moving water heater and extend utility room. Well before he started what he was hired to do, he decided to build a wooden fence which he charged over 4,000.00 extra. then he started the work he was hired to do. Instead of extending my utility room, he completely knocked it down (more money). he didn't level the floor correctly, in the bathroom and utility room, never did any inspector come out to inspect his work. I asked him why there was not a permit posted and he said he didn't have to post it. That same day there was one posted with his name on the owners line. fishy??? He left us without any bathroom facilities for 7 days and didn't care. He was supposed to re-paint the whole house and skipped the side of the house. We still have not received all the keys for the utility door. I will give him another call and tell him if I don't get them by today, I will file a police report because he has access to my house. He is pathetic and I would not recommend him to anyone....BEWARE.....he will rip you off.
