I hired Dominick to add an 8' extension to my driveway, a fairly simple project, in late September of this year. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service in my life. Not only was the job NOT completed to my specification, the craftsmanship was low quality, and it was also left UNFINISHED. We were told that they would return 2 weeks later to fill in the holes with topsoil, as well as do some overall cleanup to the job site. Not only did they not return, I have been completely ghosted by them. I have attempted to contact them several times—numerous phone calls and text messages—and still have gotten no reply 2 months later. We ended up having to finish the job ourselves, which required spending an additional $200 just in topsoil. I am only leaving this review because I have expensed all other options.
