I had a large job on the exterior of my home. They did all of what I needed and more. I would reccomend them to anyone needing painting and renovation services.

I am very pleased. I had a very large 3 bedroom home that was so dated. The last time I had the house painted inside was 8 years ago. Marciano Enterprises made a beautiful color placement selection and we went with a bold and new look. They changed all the base boards, repaired water damaged walls, changed door trim to start. Then they painted everything from ceilings, walls, closets, all the doors and trim. We changed all the colors and had all the paints in a Green Friendly product by Sherwin Williams. The job was completed in a clean, orderly fashion and I am very happy. My husband is very hard to please with things like this and I have to say, he is thrilled. I would recommend Michael's company, Marciano Enterprises anytime and I already have.

Excellent ! Had my house painted inside and out. We were going to do just the inside but after seeing the level of professionalism that went into the painting of our 4 bedroom home we decided to have Michael and his team pain the exterior. We were extremely happy with the color selections and the overall final product. Michael went the extra mile many times and we would highly reccomend Marciano Enterprises to any one, and we have. I have just completed the complete renovation project in my 3400 sq. ft. home. Marciano Enterprises did everything I asked and then some. I am now proud of my home and I am convinced of my choice in contractors. The team was a group of hard working, clean, nice men who were professional in every way. Michael supervised and worked with the men giving direction and insight as to my wants and changes as the job progressed. He was fun to work with with from color and design to other ideas as we changed my entire interior. I have decided to have them take on my exterior and am expecting as good results. I am delighted to say that my roof looks amazing and I have no leaks! They really worked hard and got the job done. I had 3 other quotes, Marciano Enterprises was in the middle but I just felt right with my decision to work with Michael, the owner. He took the time to go over every detail and he had the hands on experience to assure me I was in good hands. The crew was CLEAN, hardworking and left me a beautiful, bright, glossy and functional roof !! OH...... yes it was ugly and leaking ! Just had my roof waterproofed by Marciano Enterprises. WOW is all I can say ! It has been 3 weeks and heavy rains with no leaks. The roof looks amazing which was not as much of a concern but I must say the looks of the final product as well as the overall cleanliness of the crews operations was quite impressive. They even repaired and painted the interior ceilings leaving the rooms spotless, THAT is impressive and mostly why I told Michael Marciano of Marciano Enterprises that I would gladly write a review. I have two rental properties in Pompano that needed painting, stucco repair, and one with a roof leak. Mr. Marciano came out and gave me an estimate promptly. That in itself was nice. The estimate was reasonable and I hired Marciano Enterprises to do the first with a contingency on the second. I have to tell you I was convinced I was going to have to put a new tile roof on the house. With all the rain we have had in the past week, it has been so wonderful not to have had a call from an irate customer. The men came in and really sealed that roof. The painting and stucco repair are perfect and now I have to very happy tenants and peace of mind for myself. Thank you for two wonderful jobs and I will tell everyone I can about your excellent service.

I have purchased a home in east Hollywood. It needed EVERYTHING ! The interior walls were crumbling from termites. All the lower trim was rotted from flooding. The ceilings and walls were filthy. Needless to say there was no color scheme. I had old wall paper and some textured ceilings that were from some nightmare someone had long ago. Well, that's only a small glimpse at the inside. The outside from the roof leaks to the rotted trim and broken down cement at the base of the home, I had Mr. Marciano of Marciano Enterprises Take this home with his crew and make it into a truly beautiful masterpiece! With non-stop 10 and 12 hour days for 2 weeks, they took this mess and made it into what I now proudly call home......... Thank you Michael, you and your wonderful men deserve all the very best! I have not seen a group of dedicated men working so hard in years. All I can say is your company was a breath of fresh air and you did what you said you would and more.
