Marcio has done a number of projects for us on multiple properties, a kitchen, a couple bathrooms, getting a house ready to sell etc... He has always been on budget and schedule. He responds promptly to texts. After experiences with contractors that don't pick up the phone, go over budget and delivery late I can't say enough good things about Marcio.
