After completing a portion of the work and being compensated, Marc Ottinger suddenly refused to answer our calls or respond to any e-mails. Over the course of 10 months, we learned from both his employees and his wife, who calls him 75% Marco, that this is his normal operating procedure. I have a good idea he is now gearing his endeavors towards commercial-only construction but you don't walk off a project uncompleted and refuse to respond when inspection time comes. Bad form. It's a shame I have to give you a star....10 months to rebuild a kitchen? And you couldn't do it? Really?
