Mr. Marcos Suscal agreed to perform a job and never showed. When contacted 2 days later and after leaving him a message on his phone and a text, he merely stated that he was very busy and that the job was not worth his while. Asked why he didn't express his discontent during the initial estimate discussion, he offered no explanation. So why would he agree to start the job? Mr. Suscal, chose to behave irresponsibly and ignore my communications. He just did not show up after I made personal arrangements to be home. He made no apology. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated by serious home owners looking to have repairs done by so called \"professionals\" claiming to be honest and reliable. I later realized that I never checked his credentials, so that I don't know if he has a license to work.
