Marc did a fantastic job on our Raintree townhome's kitchen and 3 bathrooms. He always arrived on time and made sure to allow time for impeccable cleaning at the end of each day's work. He minimized the inconvenience of going without a working stove by moving the stove from one side of the kitchen to the other and back while doing the kitchen floors, and was very good about minimizing the time the water would be turned off as he installed new plumbing. We appreciated his decorating talents as he helped us choose grout colors that helped our chosen tiles pop. His price was significantly below his competitors, and did the job within the promised budget.

Marc's Custom Tile Works is the best tile contractor anywhere! He has done projects for me at 2 different houses. In the first house he tiled 2 bathroom floors, tiled my entryway, hallway, kitchen floor, dinning room and living room floors. In the kitchen, he installed beautiful cross cut travertine stone countertops with a tumbled marble backsplash. Everything came out gorgeous!
Most recently he coordinated the installation of granite countertops with a beautiful backsplash in the kitchen in my current house. Again, everything is perfect and beautiful!
Marc has an excellent flair for design, knows his craft, is a perfectionist, and does very high quality work. His prices are fair and reasonable. Marc has a great personality and is very professional. I look forward to planning more projects with him in the near future. -

My experience with Marc's Custom Tile installation was fantastic. His charming good nature, knowledge and invaluable experience saved me thousands of dollars & time on a somewhat large job on a beautiful beach home, When other contractors tried to take advantage of me with large over estimates on the jobs budget & time to completion, Marc countered every one of my concerns with professionalism, returning my calls and addressing my worries. In 2014 (May 2014) I hired Marc to rebuild & install tile in three bathrooms, 2 tub showers and 1 stand up shower. Marc was a machine, his commitment to the jobs completion never wavered. His craftsmanship was exactly on point, as I had chosen a variety of tile sizes and patterns, and Marc executed the job with accuracy and perfection. I later hired Marc in 2018 (November 2018) to rebuild a 30-year-old shower in a condo in Los Angeles. It was a very unexpected project for me as the shower was leaking between the grout (built in the 70's) with a green board backing & no moisture barrier. My only real solution was to install an entirely new shower, as any small job repair would not last and could potentially create a greater water problem for the unit. What made me most happy about Marc's professionalism is that the unit is a rental, and my biggest fear was to not disrupt the tenant’s enjoyment of the condo, all the while installing a completely new shower. BAM! Marc got the job done fast with meticulous perfection. The condo now has a beautiful glass shower with 24 x 12 marble tile. I will absolutely hire Marc's Custom Tile again and again!

Marc recently remodeled our guest bathroom and we are very satisfied with the job he did. He helped us every step of the way, made great suggestions and his work is exact and meticulous. I'm very happy every time I enter that bathroom. Looking forward to him redoing our next bathroom soon. Would never consider anyone else!

I can't believe that Marc is the same contractor mentioned in the one star review. He did all three of my complete bathroom remodels and in a word his work was "excellent." His skill and knowledge was key to every phase of the job. I highly recommend him to anyone considering having work done in their home. I brought him back each year to do another of my three bathrooms.

I would highly recommend Marc's Custom Tileworks to anyone considering having tile work done. He did an amazing job tiling a shower with all of the bells and whistles. He is a real professional and it was as good an experience as I could have hoped for.
Marc has done several projects for me over the last 5 years. He installed marble countertops and hearth in my living/dining rooms. In the kitchen, he installed quartz countertops, a new sink and a beautiful tiled backsplash. In the bathrooms, he tiled around my bathtub and installed quartz countertops and new sinks. Everything is stunning. He does beautiful work. He is a perfectionist. He is helpful when asked for opinions and advise, but does not push his ideas on his clients. He returns phone calls, texts and emails in a timely manner and is always on time. I have recommended to several people and will continue to do so.
