I had him replacing my flooring in my condo , Shiro and the crew were nice and friendly but Marcus was cocky and unfriendly, charging extra for what should have part of installation process, over order materials, said he would return them for refund , never did , after he received full payment, not recommended.

I had Marcus replacing the flooring through my condo. He ranks as a top contractor for the following reasons:
1.:He returns calls
2. His pricing is reasonable
3. His installers, Shilo and Kyle, cleaned up every day and were pleasant to deal,with.
4.His installers refuse to compromise. When they ripped up the old flooring, even I could see that the concrete subfloor needed repairs. The installers said they could not install the new flooring without repair because it would crack. I checked this out with a third party and was told theirs was the correct approach.I would not hesitate to hire Marcus for another job.
