New Driveway less than 6 months ago Sept 2021 and driveway cracked across section maybe even sooner since snow covered for a bit 13,000 job would think would want to do the right thing and workmanship has to meet reasonable expectations. Owner said will not guarantee cracks this is a large crack not small pitting. Dont take the risk.
