Not in a million years, makes mistakes and tries to hide them, gets a contract and doesn't honor it, sends personnel who are Not well qualified to do your work, then they mess it up, and he's already got your money and doesn't make a second effort to repair or replace the problem. He's a fraud, who has duped a Lot of people. His initial pricing is good, then after you get deeper into the project he finds reasons to deny that certain portions of the discussed work.. was actually covered under the bid, and wants more money. Shyster Contractor if there ever was one.
