This company is the subcontractor for the developer in the community I live in. From the onset they have done substandard work like installing dented stainless sinks, improper installation or our bathtub, etc. All of which has to be replaced on the owners time and others expense. They take no responsibility for their personnel's performance and only do things that they perceive are in their best interest. Typically they miss appointments, 3 just last week, which results in all other scheduled trades, i.e. tile, drywall, painter, to be unable to perform their jobs. They don't order parts as requested, which results in further delays. Recently they submitted a ridiculously inflated estimate to replace a bathtub, passively indicating that they had no interest in doing the job. One should note that this has to be re-done, due to their original incorrect/incomplete installation of the bathtub. I would never use this company for anything.
