Work was done correctly - however after the sale and install we found out that all the presentations and sales estimates were outright falsehoods, lies or just plain ignorance. Buyer Beware! You will need to personally verify every detail because once you sign and they install they will NEVER respond to you again and you are stuck with whatever they did. It is a good price because it is "literally" too good to be true! Be especially careful with their statements about tax refunds.....they are NOT a refundable credit. Be very careful if you let them in your home!!

My experience with UNTD Builders was good until they had finished the job then they disappeared. I have had questions about my system and i can't get anybody to call me back. I live in Utah and the only number i can find anywhere is a 714 area code. No one ever answers. A male voice will pick up and not even say hello, sorry we missed your call it is a very board response of "leave a number". Thats it!!! Why leave a number? They won't call you back! Their presentation had the numbers being that i would still receive a monthly bill of around $30-$35 for taxes and other Rocky Mountain Power fees and the generated solar would cover the rest. They oversized my system by 20%. I have about 35 panels (approx 12K watts). I have never paid less than about $50 per month. The last 5 bills i have received solar credit of $25.62, $6.96, $20.08, $0.22, $27.84. Do you think I am getting my $32,000 worth? These same months i have had to pay $156.32, $176.25, $225.85, $106.15. because i paid cash for the system they said my payoff would be around 7 years; taking into account price increase for power over the next 7 years. How do they do their math? With the last 5 months of solar credit i am averaging $16.14 credit per month. at this rate, my payback will be about 165 years. After my Utility incentive rebate of about $10,000 it knocks it down to 113 years. Do you think they track their reviews? I doubt it. I could change my tune if they would give me a call or visit and an acceptable explanation
