    Hired by Project Manager to rewire house

    Would not recommend. Never met. Only pulled permit and left pole in yard. Attached power to pole illegally never had city inspect or get Dominion power to put on a meter. Dominion finally disconnected.

    I would never recommend Maurice Sanders to anybody. First day he showed up took more than half of the contract amount although I provided him with all the supplies needed for the project. Then he never came back because of numerous excuses. Multiple attempts to contact him via phone and registered mail have failed. When he did finally reply to my text messages, he was rude and condescending, and he still never came back to do the work.

    Transfer fuse box, add receptacles to addition in accordance to code

    He is ALWAYS late, showing up at 330 or later. We have attempted inspection 3x and have failed! He sends someone to finish and correct the job because he is in NY, but that guy didn't show up. I find him overpriced, unreliable, and he could care less. Extremely unprofessional. We are now 1 month behind schedule and he can't be found. We will hire someone else who doesn't show up with a mouth full of food, smoke in our addition or write on our ladders. I'm not unreasonable.
