    I used Marin for several plumbing jobs through last 4 years since I know him. Water heater change, dishwasher installation, re-piping bathroom, garbage disposer, faucet replacement. He's been great all the time. Excellent work, fast and very affordable. I would definitely recommend him.

    First Class Contractor

    Marin was in charge of all the plumbing for building out my basement including a complete bathroom and kitchen. It was a pleasure working with Marin mainly because he was professional and courteous. Marin was on time and ready to work every day. He took his time to explain the steps he was doing and made me feel comfortable with all the work. It was truly a pleasure working with Marin!

    We have called upon Marin few times over the years, busted water heater, plugged lines, broken faucets and recently to re-pipe our entire house .
    It took Marin and a coworker a day and a half to replace pipes for a three story house!
    Marin came over once on Friday night to inspect our failing water heater and had a new one installed by Saturday noon!
    He gives complete and considerate service to any request.
    He reminds me of the old school proffessionals of back then !!!!
    I would not call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

    I would like to share my opinion about Marin Kandilarov. Marin installed water heater in my house 2 months ago and he also change some old pipes. He works very fast and clean for great price. Highest quality ,one of the best plumbers in GA .

    Marin installed a toilet in my basement in June of 2015, and I was tremendously satisfied with every facet of his operation. He was punctual, polite, and professional. His work was of the highest quality and his price was very competitive. Should I ever again have a need for plumbing services, Marin will be the first person I call.

    FANTASTIC PLUMBER!

    We purchased our house with poly pipes and it didn't take long before we started having problems. Mr. Marin came and made an extremely affordable bid and did excellent work! Our schedule is hectic because I am a teacher and my husband is a nurse. We also had a newborn and couldn't go without water for very long. He was very accommodating of our schedule and had no issues coming out and doing the job on a Saturday & Sunday. He re-piped the entire (3 story) house in two days. When he arrived he turned the water off and got busy. When he wrapped up for the evening after the first day, he made sure that his stopping point was where he could turn the water back on so we had water for the evening. We didn't even ask that he do that!
    After the job was finished, we were extremely happy with his work and his attention to detail (he found a stripped bathroom sink part and even though it wasn't a problem yet, it was going to be so he replaced it). We have not had any issues and it has been three years since the job and we will be hiring him again soon to replace our water heater!
