I paid him $5000 out of $7000 to put pavers in my driveway. He took the $5000 removed the concrete leaving a dirt driveway. He then abandoned the job. I have not seen him since.

I hired Pepe to install 405 sq. ft. of synthetic turf and 200 sq. ft. of flagstone that included labor and materials for $4,000.00. I paid him $1,000 to start the project. He removed the existing grass and dirt
and prepared the foundation. I paid him another $2,000 to get the material to finish the project. He never returned and abandoned the project. According to Contractors State License Board, Pepe's license #876232 is revoked and not able to contract at this time.
