The team and the foreman were very professional and timely and did great work. Didn't have to chase them down to get work started, was the opposite of most contractors where you have to chase them down, with Marine, we had to race to keep up with their pace. Also did great work.

Michael and Marine Home Improvement did an absolutely outstanding job. We can't thank them enough for the way they transformed our home. They stripped the entire house in record time and replaced the siding as well as all the trim, sills, downspouts, gutters and a big bay window. The new Hardiwood siding looks fantastic. In fact. the entire house looks amazing. The transformation is breath taking. We wish we did this years ago. We couldn't be happier. We solicited bids and met with 3 contractors. Michael was personable, professional, and direct. His price was very fair. The Hardiwood product and quality of work are outstanding. There were absolutely no surprises. His crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly every day. They were all very pleasant, personable, helpful and professional. We really enjoyed having them around. Although we were glad to see the project completed we were sorry to see them go. Bottom line, we can't say enough good things about Michael & Marine Home Improvement and proudly give them our highest possible recommendation.

I had to have a full roof replacement and new gutters. The roof was a big job and there was a full crew working on it for about four days. The workers were very professional and it was easy to communicate with the foreman on the job. He answered my questions and kept me informed about the workers progress. Another crew came out once the roof was done to install the new gutters and downspouts. The foreman addressed my concerns about the installation of the downspouts and how they would connect to my french drains. He also fixed a couple of other issues that I found. They finished in about a half a day. Both the roof and the gutters look great! Michael was very informative when we were signing the contract. He explained the roofing process and forewarned me about the noise that would occur. I highly recommend Marine Home Improvement.

Highly recommend Marine Home Improvement. We called trusted contractor Mike who had done roofing in the past for us. They are a medium sized company and responded quickly. Mike pointed out other damage such as screened porch, downspouts, back storm door and leaf guards. They were the perfect fit for fixing my problem

His workers were very respectful, quick and cleaned up. Which Michael checked and followed up to make sure they cleaned up. He double checks on his workers jobs, he is good. Michael also picks up calls and follows up afterwards.

They gave a great competitive bid and warranty! Very easy to work with and showed us the steps in their process to fix our flat roof above the doghouse room. I had them do porch roof on the front of my house. They did a great job. They cleaned up once they were finished. They put a tarp over my flowers so that they wouldn't ruin them. I will use them again for my roof next year.

Marine Home Improvement re-sided our 1909 gambrel style house in Hull with James Hardie plank siding and revived our overbuilt porches with white columns and PVC trim. Marine Home Improvement completed a siding project that was left unfinished from another contractor. Michel was responsive, fair, and honest. The guys worked extremely hard and left the site very tidy. I would definitely use this company again.

Mike and Rafael did an amazing job. We hired them to replace siding and trim near our back sliding door and to repair a damaged gutter. They uncovered severe rotting behind the siding and all around the sliding glass door. The door frame was damaged and it and all of the wood surrounding the door needed to be replaced. What started as a one day project turned into a week long job.

Mike and Rafael were extremely courteous and professional. If you are looking for a contractor they are awesome!

They also did a great job replacing and painting a rotted board that wasn't planned for. Beautiful high quality materials used. Workmanship is top quality. After sustaining roof damage and on the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Marine Home Improvement & Roofing via their website and received a reply back within an hour.
Michel came out the next morning to look at the roof that needed to be replaced - he was able to schedule us for 3 days later.
The shingles were dropped off in advance, the crew arrived when expected, tarps were placed over the landscaping when they tore the shingles off and the roof was completed in one day.
Michel inspected the job himself at the end, cleanup was excellent and the crew worked well together. Communication with Michel was excellent, quote was quick, clear & thoroughly written, and it was a job well done. Thank you!

This was the second time I hired Marine Home Improvement for a new roof (two separate houses). Both times we were very pleased with the work. Mike was so great communicating with us at the drop of a hat. Half way through the job I remembered we needed a roof vent for the second floor bathroom fan and he was able to add that on last minute. The workers were very polite and hard working. They got the whole job done in one day, and did a great job with the clean up. I would highly recommend Marine Home Improvement to anyone looking for great service, quality work, and fair pricing. They also have financing available, which is a nice offering.

We hired Marine to do the roof on an apartment building. His subs left the basement door open during the winter which caused all the pipes to burst. I have tried to talk with him and he will take no responsibility. I write this to warn you that if an issue comes up during a project he will not take any action to try and fix it. We will be taking him to court for the thousands of dollars of damage caused by this huge error. It is also very strange that all the reviews i am finding are "5 stars" that.s not normal. be careful with this company.

We hired Mike to replace our roof. The job started on time and his men were both professional and polite. I was always able to contact Mike with any questions. At the finish of the job my yard was cleared/cleaned of all debris and I also have a beautiful new roof that no longer leaks!!! I would recommend Marine Home Improvement in the future!

Marine replaced my roof and did a great job. The team worked quickly and completed the job in a fast manner at a competitive price. Everyone was respectful and helpful. Mike was great to work with, was quick to respond and answer any questions. He ensured that our roof would not have any water buildup (which our previous roof did) and also pointed out spots that had wet insulation underneath so that they could be properly replaced. I will go with Marine again for any roof work in the future and highly recommend them.

We had Marine replace our roof and they did a great job. They also repointed our chimney and installed a new chimney cap for us. It was easy and fast to schedule someone to visit our house, get us a quote, and do the job. The quote itself made it clear what work would be done and how much it would cost. We weren't home when the roof was replaced and when we came back the new roof looked great and there was no mess or debris left behind by the crew. I recommend them highly.

We hired Marine Home Improvement to replace the roof on our house, including a leaky, sagging roof over the front porch. The team was working very hard and finished the job in two days despite considerable amount of carpentry required, especially on the porch. They also did a very good job of cleaning after the work.

We liked working with Mike, the owner of the company. He responded to calls and emails quickly and answered our questions in a straightforward way. His willingness to acknowledge and fix problems, of which there were very few, made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been.

I contracted with Marine Home Improvements to replace the roof shingles and rebuild the overhanging gable end roof trim work with a more substantial detail than was used previously.
Working with Mike, the owner was a pleasure. He was always courteous, Informative and flexible with his schedule when it was necessary for me. We worked together discussing and coming up with a workable detail for the gable end issue which gave me confidence that the detail would be installed properly .
Once the materials were delivered we were ready to go. The crew, lead by Luis were on time and eager to go. They worked tirelessly from 7 AM until 7 PM with only a lunch break at Noon time. Their workmanship and work ethic were professional throughout. Luis handled all the carpentry work on the gables and the quality of his work was top notch. Marine Home Improvement was not the cheapest of the bids we received for this job, yet we selected them and are very glad of it. The bid itself was professional looking and detailed. The details that it included helped us eliminate other vendors who hadn't spelled things out like: using the painted aluminum (instead of yucky J-channel), or if they were insulating. The quality of the work that is being done makes us glad we selected Marine Home Improvement. Worth every dime! Here are some reasons:

Excellent work ethic - they show up and get right to work in the early morning. They work through cold and drizzle. They clean up after themselves both as they go and at the end of the day.

High Quality work - There was a small area of rot they uncovered that they made sure was fixed correctly. They didn't just cover things over. Everything lines up aesthetically, and is clearly true and level.

Attention to detail - The window framing is amazing. Watching them do it has been a source of interest for many of the folks that regularly walk down the street. People stop and watch.

Personality - They are pleasant and polite, and when we've stopped them to ask about something, they are always accommodating of our questions.

Except for some delays in starting the jobs, Marine gave us high quality workmanship on our new roof and fixing our existing vinyl siding. Very professional team. Pricing was very good. I would highly recommend them

We are very pleased with the job Marine did. They were flexible with us around start date as we were having other work done on the house in addition to siding. Their workers were very polite and consistent. They came every day unless there was an issue with weather. At the end, as we were wrapping up the project, the project managers made sure everything was clean, complete, and to our satisfaction.

The only thing which could have been better is that the person who took the trash didn't come every day so sometimes the trash was in our driveway a couple days, but this could be worked up front if that is an issue for you.

We just had a new roof installed. It took one day. The crew was very efficient and professional. Mr Trankels gave us a very fair price and the quality of the work and materials are excellent. We are very happy that we decided to go with Marine Home Improvement. My house looks brand new. We are going to have them do other work for us. Thanks Mike, you guys are the best.

We had a few bumps in the road w/ the actual installers, (due to language barrier), but Adrago (project manager) ran to the rescue! Mike ( Owner) came out on last day to meet us. I was so pleased w/ his caring, compassion, & patience in how he spoke & understood our concerns throughout the project. This man is extremely sensitive & proud of the empire he is building & at the end of the day he just wants to achieve satisfaction on all levels. Marine improvement did an excellent job on my roofs. Michael was very easy to work with and always called me promptly. Also I can't say enough about all his workers. They did a great job, were courteous, and cleaned up the yard each day before they left. It was a big job, large house, 2 car garage, and a barbecue shed that was shingled. It took 3 days to finish. They arrived each day at 7 am and didn't leave until 6 or 7 each day. Even my neighbor commented on how professional they were. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
