Four years after having Campanella put in a concrete driveway at my home, the concrete began to crumble. I never use salt on the driveway and the crumbling is worse in an area that is not driven on. My neighbors have had their driveways for many more years and have much more traffic.
I have called Campanella many times. Usually, the calls were never returned. The 2 times he set a date to look at driveway, he never showed and didn't call.
The Better Business Bureau has had many of the same complaints regarding the crumbling concrete. Apparently the cause is due to adding too much water to concrete making it easier to spread and smooth. I paid Campanella about $5000. Will have to replace driveway. Hopefully will find an honest and competent contractor.
