I hired this contractor for finishing basement, Mario lied a lot for this project and changed the plan without notice especially electric job .Even though He took our belongs without permission like our door , sample paintings and our bucket. I asked him to give it back he ignored it. I think this happennings show his personality. Anyone who plan to hire this untrustable person must must check and write down every materials ,every jobs in detail.He just give simple contract papers but we have to correct and write down every job carefully. He used cheaper materials and after finishing the project, you don't expect any warrenty service.He also does not good sub- contractor for electric job and flooring job.

We had a pretty good experience with a couple of minor home repair/maintenance type work. Communication is a little lacking, but not too bad. The work was excellent and done in a reasonable time frame for a very reasonable price. Seems very honest and straightforward. Our neighbors have had great experiences with him on larger jobs as well.
