    Porch extension/screen enclosure

    Added a aluminum, screened porch extension to my home and guaranteed no leaks for two years. I should have gotten in writing. Not only leaked after about 8 months but he sent a hack to seal that only lasted until the next rain storm. A lot of promises after that but never follow through with sending to fix. I would NEVER recommend this contractor.

    I can tell you this I know my share contactors and I also know some real good installers, But Mario is and always will be a perfecnest! his kind of work is so beion most guys in the business, and definitely Mario is one of the top 5 contractor's in the state of Florida! Mario intier family I'm talking some of the best to ever do it!
    l believe in the state of Florida Mario has one of the Coolest screening company do to his attention to detail! All his ideas are New and Modern enclosures flooring most of all he saved me a TON! of $money:) And Mario Russo reminds you of someone who stands behind anything he puts his hands on, it's great to hire a man who is a real professional! P.S Ask him anything Mario Russo will always take time out of his day to help answer any questions that you might have, Mario is the type of guy that if you have any questions he always takes him time.. .

    Pool screen enclosure

    I would NOT use this company if you want to be treated properly as you should. I highly recommend going to someone else unless you want to be strung along like myself.

    They have yet to finish their work at my home. It’s Been months now and nobody there has the decency to communicate with me. I call and leave a message, I text as well as email Mario Russo and his team. But nobody thinks me or my project is important apparently.
    I try calling to talk to someone about coming and finishing their job but no one ever gets back to me. I’m not sure what Mario Russos problem is. But his business practices are terrible. Customer service TERRIBLE. They really don’t know how to take care of a PAYING customer. Already paid everything actually and now Mario is nowhere to be seen or heard.
    Terrible communication skills from Mario Russo.
    Still hasn't finished my job but took my money without a problem.
