Mario's Air Conditioning and Heating

Terrible service and no response from Owner through all this. I had scheduled a new install on a Saturday so I would not have to take time off from work. The day they installed the unit they didn't incase the intake so the air was not even going through the filter but sucking in from around the door. I had to have them come back out on Tuesday afternoon (took off work) and they wanted to keep doing short cuts on the system which I would have been having to clean my coils every 6 months or more with the air not being filtered. So, they had their supervisor come over to my house and he suggested to fix it the correct way and in case the intake, like it was before so the air is being sucked through the filter. So, they had to schedule for a different day, I had to take the entire day off from work. They came back out and fixed it the correct way, which took them most of the day. So, I finally had it working correctly. I was told that the city inspection was scheduled in 2 weeks in the afternoon, I was told that twice from the tech. So, I took the afternoon off to go and meet the inspector between 12-5pm. The inspector never showed up. I contacted the office and was told the city was behind on their inspections, ok that's fine but why didn't someone reach out to me and say we'll have to get in contact with you when the city could come out. Then I asked about a rebate that was on their website and was told it wasn't in effect until November 1st. Well first off you shouldn't have it on your website yet and second it had no dates on it. So, my sales guy talked to the owner and was told that he would honor $200 of it. Not one time did the owner reach out to me and he was copied in on numerous emails and knew what was going on. The lack of response from the owner, the excuses I was giving to the different issues was just mind blowing. I work for a large roofing company in Orlando and ACs are installed on the roofs of these buildings, I would not recommend any of my GCs to use this company. Customer service went out the window with this company! No one tried to make it right for me except their field supervisor. Maybe they just need to stick with servicing A/C's and leave the installs to professionals.

amidst loosing my mother and preparing for a funeral, my air conditioner was not cooling. I was having out of town guests, not to mention the grief.
I contacted two AC companies. one was available in 3 days, the other could schedule a visit in 4 days.

I remembered hearing about Mario's Air Conditioning on the radio. called, Explained my situation to Sunny. She informed me someone would be at the home between 4 and 6 PM; they would call when on their way. I said to myself, RIGHT!!! have had experiences with AC companies where you sit around and wait, twice never showed!!!

At 4:20PM, I received a call from Marino, saying he would be at the home at 4:40 pm. EXACTLY at 4:40 pm, Marino arrives!!!!! he spent time looking over the AC unit, checking outside and the unit inside. explained in detail as to what was wrong. did NOT push to try to sell a new unit. discussed the pricing to replace parts.

as the unit was 12 years old, I opted for a new unit. without me asking, he contacted Mario, explained the situation as to the funeral. Mario spoke with me PERSONALLY on the phone, and said he would have someone at the home the NEXT day!!!!! another shocker,

the following morning, Denis arrived. what a gentleman!! thorough, efficient, answered more questions. worked the entire day installing the new unit. exceptional employee!!!

In summation, I would HIGHLY recommend Mario's AC company. their customer service is superb, follow through is excellent. above board and honest. they will be my AC company from now on.

don't bother contacting any other company but Mario's.
