Not a good experience at all. Had kitchen renovation done, immediately wall cracked, ceramic floor tiles came loose, caulking between kitchen cabinets and ceiling came loose. Despite repeated calls and texts, Mario never repaired same. Told me "he was done with my kitchen". Bathroom renovation took over six months to do as he worked at night or on weekends. Never finished the renovation as new window was not installed and grab bar in shower never installed. Does not respond to texts or phone calls. Takes no responsibility for bad work done. Also repaired back steps, left a crack on the side of the new bluestone stair tread, never came back to fix it, never even told me about it. Refused to repair.
