    We wanted an addition on are house, I didn't know any contractors or even where to begin. I saw this contractor doing work down the street and I stopped to talk to the homeowner. I told him what I was thinking of doing and asked how he liked his contractor. The home owner could not stop talking on how happy he was with Ralph. He said he was organized, respectfull and honest. He told me that this contractor would be the one I needed to talk to. He also said that he would handle everything for me just to call and tell him what I wanted and he would handle it all for me.

    So I took my neighbor's advise and I called Ralph, he was on time for our appointment, which to me was important ( that tells me a lot about a person). We asked alot of questions and told him about our concerns he answered all are questions and gave us some great idea's for our addition. By the time he left we were certain that we had found the contractor to do are work.

    We called him with in a day and told him that we wanted to start the procedure for the addition. He got an architect to come over for the plans we needed and he walked with the architect to make sure that everything we wanted would be on the plans. He gave us an estimate for all the work as per the plans. He submitted all the paper work to the town and answered any questions the town had. He started the job and finished it with out an issue. For my wife and I we can't tell you how easy he made this for us and how happy we are with his work. We have given his number to two friends of ours and he has done both jobs and they are also happy with him. If in the future we have another project we know we will be calling Ralph.
