Where do I begin? Mike the owner and Mike his partner were very professional, in addition to being extremely personable: two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever want in your house for a months We have a small dog who absolutely adored the attention they gave him. He was pretty obnoxious, as he barked every time they came in or went out. (We think the dog has short term memory issues LOL). But they greeted the dog with love & patience each and every time.
Our project involved a side porch with cement steps, (which we never used), and completely dismantling it and reconstructing it into a full 1st floor bathroom with gorgeous tile flooring. Our house is 118 years old, so they did encounter a couple of issues. But they talked us thru it and found the best ways to tackle each of them.
The price for our project was beyond reasonable, much less than we would have thought. And an added benefit was their affiliation with a great plumber, with several decades of experience, who did all the plumbing for us. The work they did for us is meticulous and the result is absolute perfection. They just finished and we are already getting ideas for a summer project, and there is no question we will ask Maritime Home Improvements Corp. Thank you Mike and Mike. We love our new bathroom.
