I waited 4 days for a return phone call after my home warranty company pushed the request to him. I left 2 messages as a result of not hearing back within 24 hours. My home warranty company called him. He called back to tell me that he cannot take the job as his equipment is broken. I would have loved to have known that right away. 4 lost days.
