I called Mark and he was here in 2 days! Two other plumbers cost me unnecessary money (I wish I had known about Rossino Plumbing then)! Mark did more than install my new kitchen faucet, he corrected other problems, as well, and with a fabulous attitude went to work. He's punctual, knows what he's doing (and I'm usually pretty fussy about receiving excellent service, especially since I've gone through the headaches of 'not' having it!) I've already asked Mark if he'd be available for another job! My attorney had to stop by and she saw his diligence and wonderful personality, she asked if she could call him! I'm so relieved, since I lost my husband 9 mths. ago I've depended on contractors. I feel safe with Mark's company and highly recommend him to others! Thank you, Mark! The new faucet works wonderfully! I will be passing your name along to my neighbors! A happy customer! Diane/Haverhill MA (My computer won't allow me to check "What I liked"... EVERY BOX WOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED!! AND, YES, I WILL BE HIRING HIM AGAIN!
