Mark did an absolutely wonderful job! On a scale of 1 to 10 he is a 20. He is a perfectionist and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He came in and corrected, and completed shoddy work done by a prior floor installer. He was booked months out, but he took pity on me and arranged to start a job 5 days later so he could help me out. He charged me far less than what he could have for the work performed because he did not like the fact that the prior installers had done such a shoddy job. This allowed me to move into my townhouse because the prior installer had removed my stair treads. Not only did he install a beautiful red oak floor throughout my 1,100 square foot townhouse, he installed beautiful red oak stairs, and landings. He also removed and reinstalled all the pine baseboards that had been poorly installed by the prior installers.
It is very hard to get a license contractor to come in and correct shoddy work done by someone else, because most of them don’t want the headache. Not only did he do this, but he also guaranteed his work. Everyone who sees my floors and stairs always compliments me on the job done, and several of my friends have asked for his number. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. If you want your floors, stairs, landings, and baseboards done perfectly he is your man. He will do the job himself along with his assistant. When you hire Mark, you get Mark. He is the one that does the job. He will keep your home spotless, and protect your flooring. He shows up when he says he will and completes the job on time.
