    $340,000

    Numerous structural issues identified when engineers were brought in to assess the suitability of the project As it was nearing completion. Undersized footers and beams, sagging floors. Structurally unsound second story decks and retaining walls that failed even before any pressure from backfill.
    Poor communication and a terrible experience that will cost additional thousands to remedy.
