Mark arrived at our residence to replace an electric cooktop that had shorted out, with a new electric cooktop. He was able to determine quickly that the amperage we had was not enough for the equipment to function properly, and he suggested that pulling more wire and increasing the amperage from 30 to 40 was the only way we could get full functionality from the stove. He was quick, efficient and clean. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The new cooktop looks fantastic. He needed to cut some old subway tile and it doesn't show. I am ecstatic.
