    Horrible experience with delays due to Benz not paying subcontractors, EVEN THOUGH homeowners had already paid Benz. So in return subcontractors stop showing up to work on the remodel of our home! Broken business model with poor ethics.

    In my opinion, Mark Benz is not trustworthy. He charged me for a first visit even though we did not hire him, and he did not tell us he would be charging for the visit. So be very careful with him. We told him several times what our budget was, yet he exceeded our budget and held up our project for five weeks. In addition, he charged us for several meetings, and did not tell us that we would be charged for the meetings.
    I do not recommend his services, and in my opinion, he cannot be trusted.

    Remodel a 2600 square foot home

    Mark's company did a $30,000 remodeling job at our home in Goodyear, AZ. His crew is so talented in electrical work, plumbing, flooring, painting, and just about any other type of work needed in building and remodeling. The crew is so polite and takes such great care of their client's home and furnishings as they do their work. Mark is expert at scheduling which work is to be done when for the project. He is a really nice person and keeps in frequent contact with the client to ensure that things are progressing as they should. I highly recommend Mark Benz Custom Building & Remodeling.
