Started off nice, Mark sure can hold a conversation. As far as work goes the experience was terrible. I had a no heat on one of my zones call. Not sure what he did but the problem was not fixed at all! The next day I was made to change thermostat wires on my own by instruction over the phone! Still no issues fixed so I asked for him to return. He continued to send text messages on how to fix it myself although he already had my check. Multiple days went by with little to no communication. The day he was supposed to come back to fix the incomplete job he returned my check - the only honorable move of the entire encounter. Apparently he is too "busy"to follow up on his work.

Mark came to our rescue when our heat went out in our apartment during the recent arctic blast! Very pleasant and knowledgeable took the time to explain and show me what was going on. I will be recommending Mark to friends and family should they need his services. I will definitely call on Comfort Tech again if I have any issues!

Mark was very responsive initially, as well as courteous and professional. However, is the complete opposite with regard to finishing the project. It has been 2 months since initial work and he has yet to return our calls/texts to finish work he has already been paid to complete.
Needless to say, we do not recommend this contractor for your home.
