    This was the most frustrating and exhausting experience I have had with a contractor in a long time. My husband and I are in our 80's so we have had some experience in dealing with contractors. Said he would be there every day - didn't show for a week and a half. The contract said 1/2 to start and 1/2 at the end. Somewhere in the middle, he started asking for more money. He made us pay an additional $500 for caulking that he said would be included when we discussed the job. He used 2 different paints and 2 different colors on my house. The job took 3 weeks - way to long and he would not come back and fix the job after we discovered the paint color was wrong. GET EVERTYING IN WRITING.
