    Mark has done so many projects for us. He remodeled two entire top to bottom homes and has built two incredible outdoor living spaces plus numerous other projects. We have referred him to countless friends and neighbors. He is a perfectionist and his knowledge is unheard of in today’s construction. There is nothing he cannot do or fix. He is in high demand, he is a great person, fair, kind and easy to work with.

    build two new homes

    Mark has been building for us since 1999. He's built two homes (both new construction) for us and we've recommended him to many friends. The quality of his work is fantastic. His prices are fair and he is really easy to work with. Over the years, Mark and his family have become friends of ours. They're honest, hardworking and fun people. If you want work that's done right and a builder who takes pride in doing his best (and treats subcontractors well, so they work hard for him, too), we highly recommend Mark Ferrante Construction.

    Mark has been working for us for over 8 years on multiple projects including new home construction. He is a high quality, ethical and fair contractor. He has multiple talents, manages subcontractors very well, and works harder than any contractor we have seen. He very much cares about getting the job done right, and it shows.
