Does shady work and is a shister says he is insured found out after had leaks in my roof from faulty flashing and cheap rubber boots around the vents and they use silicone everywhere and having a roofing engineer come inspect how it was put on and they found multiple problems does not stand behind his work and has a very cheap policy that doesn’t even cover his work do not use this contractor or u will be sorry

I hired French Construction to partially roof our home for insurance reasons. He was extremely fair with his prompt estimate and made time to finish by a narrow deadline. His work was excellent! He noticed a part of the roof not included in the estimate as being problematic and revised his plan to include the entire quarter of roofing AND MY SMALL BACK PORCH my cost only went up by $200.00 this could easily cost 5x that much We are now going to see if he can build a garage and sunroom addition. NO COMPLAINTS HERE! You've earned 5 stars ✨ from us

ROOFED ENTIRE HOUSE IN ONE DAY-IF HAD NOT WENT HOME FOR LUNCH, WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THAT HIS EMPLOYEES HAD BEEN AT MY RESIDENCE. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO MESS LEFT AND THE ROOF HAS PERFORMED PERFECTLY FOR THE PAST 5 OR SO YEARS

He does good work however we found his honesty lacking. We were in the process of purchasing a home from him. After the home inspection we found out items he had listed as being part of the house were in fact not present. We then went to back out of the deal. We then met with Mark French personally without realtors at the property where he negotiated a small concession. After this we moved forward with the sale and both he and his realtor never returned our phone calls. He then went ahead and sold the home to another party. While the house was beautiful I would be concerned by his character about any promises he makes. I'd personally hate to have to deal with him to get warranty work done.
