Permits
- Building permit records show that Mark Gottschalt has worked on 10 permitted projects.
Best on the large jobs but slow on the smaller ones. Call it: MIA, not much on responding nor dealing w/women. Still awaiting on present smaller jobs.
Don’t know if communication is the problem or personalities w/contractors vs client. Always delaying or not responding.
Disappointed as major first job w/contractor was perfect. 2nd smaller jobs disappointed - w/excuses galore or not responding or reading emails. Guess one would say: follow the money.......not the promise.
Feedback from contractor via emails, text etc on our smaller jobs has been a joke. Very disappointed. Maybe he’s ultra busy.
But has left us w/bad feelings not to proceed to other larger jobs in the near future. Sorry to say.
