    Mark is professional, thoughtful, patient, and very responsive. He took the time to understand our requirements and provides multiple rounds of design iterations to play out the pros and cons of different designs. He proactively tries different approaches before presenting us with the best options. When we suggest something he would say "I've tried that first but it didn't work because of xyz". Mark is very responsive to emails even on weekends. He also has a great roster of structural engineers to work with so it was easy to get competitive bids.
