Permits
- Building permit records show that Mark Hilovsky has worked on 6 permitted projects.
Mark abandoned the project, and left giant mess and dangerous conditions behind. Took liberties on my property that were not permitted; was distracted easily from priorities. Poor communication. 2 stars over 1, only because some work that was completed was done so thoughtfully and carefully and was absolutely loved and appreciated. It was the utter lack of professionalism , electrical wires left dangling high and low and a total breakdown in communication in the end that prompted this negative review. Word to the wise: get a bid; don't let him bleed you out on the hourly rate; and don't pay in full until the job and THE MESS are finished.
