Can not keep his word when he schedules appointments. He has been to our house numerous times. Always leaving soon after and never staying to get the job done. EVERY TIME he says he will be back on such a date, he consistantly never shows up. And never a call or 'heads up'. We have to trace him down. After spending nearly nine thousand dollars for his services, we no longer have any faith in him and can not recommened him. As doing so will only frustrate his next customer. He does not understand the concept of service nor customer relations.

I have used Harp's Plumbing and Heating for many years and he is always very prompt and does fantastic work. He really cares about the quality of work he does and making sure the customer is always satisfied. He is easy to get in touch with any time of the day.
